1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at tssolutionsllc.net, booking a strategy call, making a payment, or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of TS Solutions LLC.

2 Description of Services

TS Solutions LLC provides the following services:

• Credit Repair Services — Analysis of your credit profile across all three bureaus, identification of negative items, and strategic dispute processes
• Business Credit Building — Guidance on structuring your business profile to become fundable to lenders
• Business Funding Strategy — Consultation and strategy to help you qualify for business funding from $10,000 to $100,000+
• Strategy Calls — Free and paid consultation calls with Tavion Shields
• Financial Academy — Access to our private Skool community with educational resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to existing clients.

3 Payment Terms

Service Fees

Our service pricing is displayed at the time of purchase through our website. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Square. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. We do not store your full payment card details.

Additional Rounds

Where applicable, additional dispute rounds beyond the initial service are offered at a separate fee. These are optional and billed manually — there is no automatic recurring billing unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, we will notify you and pause service delivery until payment is successfully completed.

4 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:

30-Day Results Guarantee

We stand behind our process. If you do not see measurable movement on your credit profile within 30–45 days of service commencement, please contact us directly to discuss a resolution, which may include additional service rounds or a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Services

• Strategy calls that have already been completed
• Services where work has already been initiated on your credit profile
• Community membership fees (if applicable)

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 45 days of the original payment. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5 Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself and your financial situation
• Create and maintain accounts on required credit monitoring platforms (SmartCredit, IdentityIQ) as requested
• Respond promptly to communications from TS Solutions LLC
• Complete all required forms and agreements in a timely manner
• Make timely payments for services as agreed
• Not engage in any activities that could negatively impact your credit profile during the service period without consulting us first
• Not open new lines of credit, apply for loans, or make major financial decisions without discussing with your advisor first

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays or reduced effectiveness of our services. TS Solutions LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from your failure to cooperate.

6 No Guarantee of Results

While we have helped many clients achieve significant improvements in their credit profiles and access to funding, individual results depend on factors including but not limited to:

• The nature, age, and accuracy of negative items on your credit report
• Your payment history and current financial behavior
• Creditor and credit bureau responses to dispute letters
• Your business structure and current financial standing
• Changes in lending standards or economic conditions

We provide education, strategy, and advocacy. We do not practice law and our services do not constitute legal advice.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on our website and provided as part of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, documents, strategies, and educational materials, is the property of TS Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission from TS Solutions LLC.

By using our services, you retain ownership of your personal financial data. You grant TS Solutions LLC a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TS Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Denial of credit applications
• Any financial losses resulting from actions taken based on our advice
• Any actions or omissions by third-party creditors, credit bureaus, or lenders

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to TS Solutions LLC in the 90 days prior to the claim.

9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TS Solutions LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Any inaccurate or misleading information you provided to us

10 Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

Termination by Client

You may cancel your services at any time by contacting us in writing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for services already rendered. Please refer to our Refund Policy in Section 4.

Termination by TS Solutions LLC

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Fail to make required payments
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward our team
• Violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions

In the event of termination by us for cause, no refund will be provided for services already rendered.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Memphis, Tennessee, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against TS Solutions LLC.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date
• Sending email notification to active clients

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
